Hello, my name is Todd Lange. I’ve been in this business for over thirty years, long enough to know there’s a much better way of doing business in our industry and we pledge to do so. Combined my head technician Justin, and I have over 40 years of experience in the automotive repair and service industry. Most of our time was spent in a dealership. The time spent in the dealership has provided us with valuable resources to open a better shop. The business aspect of dealership service departments has provided us with motivation to seek out a better way to help people service their vehicles.
There is typically a low trust level with auto maintenance and repair. Our goal is to eliminate any reservations or speculation you have with servicing your vehicle. We will never pressure a customer to purchase any maintenance or repair. We will also provide a level of transparency seldom seen in our industry. Pictures, video and live stream are just a few of the tools we use to keep you connected to your vehicle. If for any reason you are hesitant to proceed with a repair or maintenance we will suggest that you do not proceed. We never want a customer to feel like they purchased something they did not want to or need to. We will let you know what’s going on with your vehicle and provide real suggestions on how to proceed. We will always offer you options and priority levels on all maintenance and repairs.
Our customers are always welcome to talk directly to our technicians and we encourage them to do so. We will also offer free second opinions. If anyone told you that you need maintenance or repair on your vehicle please call us for a second opinion. We will gladly take a look at the recommended item and let you know if you indeed need to have it done. This is a complimentary service that comes free with piece of mind.
